Hiring FAQ
Are the roles fully remote?
Yes. All roles are remote within India. We meet in Pune occasionally for team events, but day-to-day work is fully distributed.
What does the hiring process look like?
Application review (2–3 days), a 30-minute intro call, a short practical assignment relevant to the role, a final interview with the team lead, and an offer — typically 2–3 weeks end to end.

Do you hire freshers?
Most roles ask for 1–4 years of experience, but we consider exceptional freshers who can demonstrate real work — projects, portfolios or freelance results.
