About the role

AI video creation is the single hottest skill in Pune’s 2026 job market, and our clients’ demand for short-form video has tripled. You will own end-to-end short-form production: concepting hooks, AI-assisted generation and editing, motion graphics, captions and platform-native optimization for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.

What you’ll do

  • Produce 30–50 finished short-form videos per month across client accounts using AI-augmented pipelines
  • Write hooks and scripts optimized for 3-second retention; iterate against performance data
  • Operate AI generation/editing tools (image-to-video, TTS voiceover, auto-captioning) with strong human QC
  • Create motion-graphics templates and brand kits for repeatable production
  • Collaborate with social media managers on content calendars and trends
  • Track retention, completion and conversion metrics; kill or scale formats accordingly

What you’ll need

  • 1–4 years in video editing with a public portfolio of short-form work
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut plus at least two AI video tools
  • Motion graphics fundamentals (After Effects or equivalent)
  • Instinct for platform-native formats, trends and pacing
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines without quality drift

Nice to have

  • Experience editing for international (US/UK) brands
  • Basic performance-marketing literacy (you know what a thumb-stop rate is)
  • Photography/videography shooting skills for occasional Pune studio sessions
