AI Content & GEO Specialist

AI search is the fastest-growing discovery channel, and we are hiring one of Pune’s first dedicated GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) specialists. You will make sure our clients are the brands AI engines cite: answer-first content, entity consistency, schema, llms.txt implementations and monthly AI-visibility audits across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Mode.

• Run monthly AI-visibility audits: track client mentions, citations and recommendations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews
• Rewrite and structure client content into answer-first, citation-ready formats (direct-answer blocks, question headings, comparison tables)
• Implement and maintain structured data (Organization, Service, FAQPage, Article) and llms.txt files across client sites
• Design original-statistics assets (benchmarks, cost tables) that earn AI citations
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to align classic rankings with generative-engine visibility
• Report AI-referral traffic and branded-search impact to clients with clear narratives

• 1–3 years in SEO or content marketing with demonstrable curiosity about AI search
• Hands-on experimentation with ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini for search-visibility work
• Working knowledge of Schema.org structured data and on-page SEO
• Excellent written English — you will write answer blocks engines quote verbatim
• Comfort with GA4 and Google Search Console

• Published GEO/AEO experiments, case studies or a personal site demonstrating structured-data implementation
• Basic scripting (Python/JS) for citation-monitoring automation
• Experience with international/US-UK client content
