About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of international clients. You will own the full campaign lifecycle — from strategy and launch to optimization and reporting — with a focus on delivering measurable ROI.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Develop audience strategies, targeting frameworks, and creative briefs
  • Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
  • Build comprehensive performance dashboards for client reporting
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams for integrated growth campaigns

What you’ll need

  • 3–6 years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred
  • Experience managing budgets of ₹5 lakh+ per month
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setup
  • Experience with B2B and B2C campaign management

Nice to have

  • Experience in affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models
  • Prior experience with CRM-integrated lead gen funnels
